Wordpress all the way

Despite the Tumblr madness, the Blogspot nation and other CMS platforms – in my heart, I really believe WordPress is still the man!

Well, at present I’m working on a power point presentation and research for our seminar about WordPress. I wonder how it will go.

My groupmates aren’t here yet, as usual Filipino time strikes! I guess they’re busy. Well I am too am I not? Hehe. So I’ve no choice but to work on it now, nothing much will be of progress if I don’t do anything while waiting for them

Apparently, a new WordPress update is out! Gosh, maybe it was yesterday or the other day? Well, I haven’t blogged in 2 days as a result of well – let’s not talk about it.

Anyway, aside from that school has officially started. At least, I have attended 2 classes formally. The other ones I haven’t met the professor I was absent in one class due to ~lazyness~ as I slept late then the other, they say have not attended. Gosh, I have a few units but all of them are major subjects!

And I am scared how this will go. So, I will go now as I will need some sleep for some hard core coding laturs!! TATA!!

I am not into social networking sites anymore. I do not know why I suddenly got bored. I just use them to update my friends, on how they are doing and stuffs like that. But of all the social networking sites, I think I use twitter the most.

I have more online friends than offline friends, if I am not mistaken. I like tweeting what’s happening and I like replying back to people’s tweets. In fact, I met my best online friends through twitter. Twitter lets me keep updated of what is happening everywhere, and it also makes people updated on what I am doing.

What’s with Yahoo?

Recently, I am just having problems with Yahoo. I can’t seem to log into my account. I can see the home page but every time I try to sign in, it gives me an error page. Is it just my internet connection or it is Yahoo that is really messing up? Oh no. I really need to check my email now. I have been waiting to receive important mails. I always check my email every day and that is how important Yahoo is for me. Please let me sign in Yahoo. I really do need to check my emails now.

Hi guys, sorry for being MIA lately. I haven’t done the transfers as well. I’m a little tied up with some online errands. But hopefully by next week I will be able to do the ‘hosting’ stuff. There will be a lot changes.

1. Hosting plans and Prices

There will be a change with hosting plans. As you all know, I am now paying monthly for our other host. I am separating all hostees as well. All shared hosting clients will be staying at the new host while the resellers stay here. I might also start selling Master Reseller soon

2. The whole website

I spent days on making this layout, but I want a new one! I’m planning to put the whole “hosting” stuff on a sub domain too as maybe the main domain can help me be able to earn money, to pay up for the hosting bills and maybe to be able to get more addons such as WHMCS, WHMEasyBackup and etc, well hopefully!

3. The rules and etc

Might change rules and also add new ones, plus within next month, I will no longer be accepting payments via Gcash. I think, if I will though certain fees will be added as I will have to deposit it on my Eon Cyber Account.

4. Client Area

Even if this is the last one I’ve mentioned, this is the first one I’ve done so far. I’m hosting it on our new host I still haven’t done much though, but you can send tickets now if you need anything.

5. Email

I will still be using ohrainbow.us@gmail.com but I might use up admin@oh-rainbow.net and such soon, as I have finally retrieved details of oh-rainbow.net. After a year! YES!

Internet Addict

I have been browsing the internet for the whole day. I am such a lazy person. I am stuck here on my bed with my netbook and just browse on different websites.

Before I was an internet addict but now I am getting bored with all these websites containing the same stuff all over again. I’d better do online jobs and earn. Right now, I would like to do online jobs because it will benefit me rather than being an internet addict whole day without earning something from it. From now on I will make sure that I will be productive every time I go online.

Finally, I am done coding with the home page of the kiosk I made. I used HTML, CSS and Javascript for that. It took me 7 hours to finish it. And mind you, I still have more than 10 pages to make. But I don’t think that would take me long. I have done the home page already and so I only need to edit the content for the other pages. I just hope I will be able to finish all of these by tomorrow since it will be submitted on the next day. It is really tiring but it feels good when you see the output of your hard work.

After a long time, we checked the free hosted websites (if they were following rules) and made some edits in some of our pages. Been really busy with work and school (admin). Anyway, free hosting is open again. You can check our Freebies page. But we’re only hosting domains, no subdomain hosting at this moment.

The $5 domains are also over, so instead of adding up $5 to have a TLD domain (.com,.net,.org) you’ll have to add up $10. Sorry for this, but the domain registrars are having price hikes as well! :S

But then again, you will still get free .info domains with basic plans paid yearly. We did it this way instead of a price hike for the hosting plans.

We are now accepting Unionbank Transfers/ UnionBank Bank Deposit too. I should have thought of this earlier. But we are no longer accepting SmartMoney transactions because I never heard frm Smart again after applying for a card, I don’t have time to deal with it yet.

Clearing things up…

*For those who purchased Basic Plans that are yearly paid, the free .info domain is only free for the 1st year. You’ll have to add up $9 for the renewal of your domain.

*Inactive free hosted websites (2 months or so) will be suspended WITHOUT prior notice. If you don’t message us within a total of another 2 months after suspension, we will permanently terminate your account.

*Free hosted websites without a link back in their footer/sidebar will be suspended as well, after 2 months if they do not contact us about it, we will terminate it permanently too.

*The link back has to be at your footer or sidebar!

Hi everyone. It’s been a while! So sorry for not updating, and being inactive. I’ve been..uhm, out of the online world I guess Anyways, the contest will soon end, have you made your vote already?

For the mean time,we’ll also be opening a free subdomain hosting for everyone! Isn’t that cool? So others who don’t have domains, and can’t find any free hosting can experience blogging/having a website without spending a dime. I know, I already used to have free hosting. But it doesn’t mean it ends there! Details when the site for that is up, tsk.

So how’s everyone doing? I’m planning on giving out special tickets for special discounts Now, that’s twice cheaper because our services are already cheap! I’m also setting up a place where you guys can send tickets if any problems occur.
