Our main hosting is trying to get the cPanel issue fixed as there are problems with the provider. As soon as it’s back up, I will work on your accounts so I can all move you to our new server, Oh Rainbow hosting is on their new server now and it’s really fast and awesome

Hello there everyone! Sorry for the lack updates, I have been emailing you all though. Four days ago, our cPanel came back at its good state but last night the activation problem just started again. Luckily I was able to backup Oh Rainbow Hosting so now it’s transferred to the new servers.
However, as for the clients I haven’t made them because I was busy with school. I tried doing backups via RemoteFTP with the new server but it turns out, the backups that were generated were bunch of corrupt backups. Now, I have to do things manually so I might need your cooperation.
For WP owners, please contact me so I can instruct you on what to do so we can transfer you soon, but if you wish to wait for your backup you can do so (I’m doing the same) for now, I really cannot tell when cPanel will be back but if it will be I will backup all sites asap.
FTP and sites are okay, it’s just the cPanel that’s keeping us from doing the move. Sorry guys
