I am really very slim and sometimes people mistaken me as malnourish. I just tell them that I have fast metabolism so even if I eat a lot, I don’t gain weight. But recently I discovered that I should not just eat anything. There are certain foods that can help me gain weight. I should eat foods that are rich in protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals, calcium and calories. I am starting to look for foods that contain all of those because they can help me gain weight. I am starting to change my diet now so I can achieve the body I want.
